Happy Due Date

Today is my actual due date. So happy 4th of July to me. And my little guy is already 8 days old. I was all mentally prepared to still be pregnant, but instead I'm holding a little boy who is so perfect and sweet. Its surreal. I knew I was going to get induced for awhile, my doctor told me pretty far in advance. But he didn't tell me what date, so I didn't know when to expect him. Now that Witten is here I'm happy, but there is always a small part of me that misses being pregnant after I've had the baby. Its weird, I know, but having the baby out means I have to share him. So happy due date to my little guy and happy 8 day birthday too.
