199

It's my 199th post. I caught it right before my blog turned 200.

In honor of this occasion I don't know what to post.

It should be something special. Something from the heart (yeah right).

Something witty. Intelligent. Something that will speak to you. (Again, not gonna happen).

In honor of my 199th post, I have writer's block.

Somedays the words flow from my fingers so easily. I can ignore everything that's happening around me and focus on what I have to say. My message.

So what's my message today? The profound knowledge I feel I need to share with the world.

What should it be? Don't eat yellow snow. No, that's too obvious.

Don't pee into the wind. That one only really applies to men, since women don't generally pee "into" the wind. We are more of a squatter than anything.

So, without further ado, I present a piece of knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation in my family. Something I've been told numerous times in my life. It's power will resound with you for the rest of your years.

Don't go out into the rain without an umbrella.

What? You were expecting something better? Sorry. Its the writer's block.

haha, very cute post! I didn't realize when my 100th post was being published until after the fact :/ so I recognized it in my 101st....the pressure of knowing you want to do "something" special is a recipe for writer's block (at least for me!)

So, the 200th post will come to you. You will know it when you write it. Hint? Write it another program. Not Blogspot. That way it will be exactly what you want it to be.

So what are you going to do for your 200th post? Something amazing, such as a post about me? :) It could be pretty awesome!

RE: Thanks for the congrats everyone.

Thanks to my new followers.

Krystal, you crack me up. What should I post about you? How one time you tried to help me out of the water canal I fell in and in return I pulled you in with me? That's a good one. Maybe I'll save it for later.
